Whitelees walk. The last walk before the lockdown.

Billy, Davie C, Gus, Hugh, Ian, Jim, Jimmy, Kenny T, Malcolm, Robert

Ten guys gathered next to the Whitelees visitors centre for a cold walk of about 7 miles round the Lochgoin circuit. During the early part of the walk we had to put up with some sleety rain. Fortunately this did not last long and the rest of the walk was dry with a stiff breeze blowing. With Scotland in the grip of the coronavirus it was agreed to give the pub a miss this week. Some of our more youthful members have agreed to perhaps continue walking until the government imposes a complete lockdown.
P. S. For some reason I could not get the pictures from my phone onto the Blog. They are on FB. if interested. (I managed to get them copied from Facebook. Stay safe, guys! Allan)
