Meet in Dalmellington at 9.30am at the car park on the left just before entering the village from Ayr. A decision can be made on the day depending on weather whether we have a level 8 mile road walk from Loch Doon Castle to the end of the loch and back (as indicated on the map below) or do the familiar Ness Glen circuit.
